Franz has other investment properties and wanted to invest in a growing area and chose the South West Growth Corridor of Sydney. Franz is working in Asia and engaged us to do the searching and analysis of each property. When he came back to Sydney I organised eight inspections on a range of properties that were suitable and had good yields. As we met all the agents at each property they reinforced our assessment of the region – it’s growing population, demographic and there is strong demand for rental properties
