Our Perth based homeowners were a professional married couple with teenage kids working and renting in Melbourne. They made a family decision to buy in the northern suburbs of Melbourne but were cautious about the auction and EOI process which is a-typical in Perth.  Their initial service request to Propertybuyer was to help them bid at an auction, however following their disappointment after being out bided, they settled on another property being the subject. The property secured is a post war extended timber residence with character, comprising 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and slightly updated. Unfortunately, when it was discovered that this second property, they wanted was selling by EOI they once again called Propertybuyer to help secure the sale. After conducting an urgent condition report and confirming that we could offer an unconditional 30 day contract the vendor accepted an offered sale price at Circa: $1,200,000. Following the purchase, the selling agent subsequently advised that the property had considerable interest from 7 buyers following closely behind.
