Working with Katerina was great- she had put a lot of input into her brief and whilst the number of apartment buildings are very limited for this particular property type in the Inner West, I managed to source the right type for her. It was an ‘off-market one’ through agents, CBRE.
It had the rights ticks in respect to more modern build/renovated, good builder/reputation, size, aspect & outlook and security. The location with close proximity to train station was also met.
