ST and Mariam had been looking for a long time to buy their first home and were struggling getting to open homes with their young child on public transport. They wanted a 2-bedroom unit close to the city and in a very convenient position because they walk everywhere or catch trains and buses. They needed to shop easily and get to the city a couple of days a week. The wanted to enjoy cafes and restaurants at their doorstep. Unfortunately, the market was difficult, and they missed out on a few choices. I was able to find a few units in their price range and one had more wow factor and space but was listed for auction. I knew they would love it and I organised and building inspection because of doubts we had with the strata maintenance being done satisfactorily. The inspector is someone I trust and use frequently as is the solicitor I recommended. I negotiated before the auction at an affordable price for them. ST and Mariam are over the moon to have everything they wished for in a beautiful home.
