Our client is an Expat based in New York and was looking for an apartment in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs for their daughter who is studying in Australia.
They were totally confused by the price guides and the way that property is transacted in Sydney, hence they needed the help of an experienced buyer's agent to navigate their way forward to finding and negotiating on a suitable property, they were referred to Munro by their broker.
Over a 2-week period Munro inspected, took videos of 25 properties for them providing them with valuable feedback on each property which they would not have been able to ascertain from just looking at online properties.
