Michael was referred to this couple by their mortgage broker. Mauricio & Esther needed a 3-bedroom garden apartment within the Bellevue Hill primary school catchment. Also, Esther was due to give birth in early July, which meant we needed to buy within 4-6 weeks from engagement.
Solution:
In just over 4 weeks, Michael found a beautiful 3 bed, 2 Bath, 2 car, recently renovated garden apartment, with a huge 227m2 on title, that is more like a house than an apartment, that ticked all the boxes.
Garden apartments are rare in general, but to find one that was within the school catchment area and met the brief was a real find.
Michael managed to secure the property post auction for a substantial discount to the agents asking price of $2M.
