Buyer's Brief: House on Sydney’s North Shore

Goal:

We had previously engaged Matt Corbett from propertybuyer for the successful purchase of a house on the Northern Beaches. When we started considering an additional property on the Lower North Shore we had no hesitation to contact Matt to request he assist us again. Our plans were to commence a search towards the end of 2015.  But then it happened…a house in one of our favourite streets in our favourite suburb came on the market 6 months earlier than our plans. After a phone call  to Matt he was immediately on the case. The house was due to go to auction but Matt successfully negotiated with the vendor to sell prior. It was done and dusted just 2 weeks after the first phone call.

Solution:

If its wasn’t for Matt we would have either paid more than what we did or not secured the property at all. Despite my background in business I freely admit that I could not have handled the negotiations as well as Matt did. Its false economy to try to handle the buying process on your own. Leave it to the experts at propertybuyer who do it every day for a living. And Its not just about saving money – you will save time, have less anxiety and most importantly, have a better chance of securing that little slice of Sydney that you have always dreamed about.
