Goal:
To enter the market and buy my first investment property. I wanted something with good growth and cash flow. I was feeling quite overwhelmed as there is SO much info out there that I didn’t know who/what to listed to and didn’t know where to buy and why. My initial worries about using a Buyers’ Agent was the price which was quite daunting but in the end I feel it was worth it. I was also worried if the Buyers’ Agent I used would be earning commission off their referrals e.g. pest and building inspectors, real estate agents) which propertybuyer do not. Everything was very professional and seamless and I was very happy with the end result.
Solution:
Propertybuyer are very genuine and reassuring. After I felt very secure! I would highly recommend using propertybuyer!
