Goal:
My wife and I wanted to get back into property investing- but we knew we needed a great team to help us build a successful portfolio. The property goal was to buy and hold multiple properties- positive or neutral geared to help set us up for the future and to leave an inheritance for our children. We felt overwhelmed at the prospect of doing it ourselves- and we knew we were too busy to try and do it ourselves. We have been listening to a lot of great property investment podcasts and talking to other investors- and we knew we needed to find a great buyers’ agent who could help us source the right properties for us.
Solution:
Having our initial meeting with Rich- helped us realise that propertybuyer was a genuine team to work with. Then when Stewart started working with us- he was easy to communicate, and made it very clear- and helped us with each step of the process. Time will tell how the property will go- but all the indicators/ research that you have provided- give me assurance that it should go well for us in the long term. But as the first property is about to settle- through Stewart guiding me through the process- I feel more confident than trying to work it out on my own- and make costly mistakes.
