Our client was an Overseas busy professional, wanting to relocate his young family to the Paradise Point area, preferably within walking distance to The Esplanade and local restaurants. He was time poor, frustrated and had been flying into the area on a fortnightly basis to inspect properties and view open homes, which were not meeting his expectations.
