The vendor decided to auction the property and after it was passed in, we brokered a deal on the adjoining duplex, allowing the vendor to continue marketing the original one he had for sale. The result is that we purchased for almost $100k less than the marketed duplex, so Gustavo and Patricia were very excited grateful and thrilled with the outcome.
