Ian and Phillipa had recently sold their semi in the Eastern Suburbs and were wanting to move to the Northern Beaches for a lifestyle change for their kids. After showing them a few properties, they decided on a beautiful waterfront property in Newport. The vendor was motivated to sell, so we moved quickly to secure the property at an excellent price. A rare offering of more than half an acre with the opportunity to build their forever home. Many years of sailing, sunsets and watching the kids play on the rolling lawns lie ahead. A few months later, it was lovely to hear from Phillipa and how happy they all were. So happy for all of them.
