Nick and Cara had returned to Propertybuyer after I assisted them a few years ago in an apartment purchase in Freshwater. On this occasion they were seeking a home for their young growing family. Following their engagement, I managed to uncover a number of off-market properties before they showed interest in a particular home in a quiet neighbourhood in Frenchs Forest. A classic red-bricker in decent condition – solid and filled with potential. The property was scheduled to go to auction, but I managed to secure it late in the second week of the campaign and well within their budget, leaving enough for some minor renovations.
