Mariska brings a calm confidence, structured thinking, and an unwavering “can-do” attitude to the Propertybuyer team. With over two decades of experience in real estate, construction, and business operations, she is a natural problem-solver who thrives on bringing clarity, consistency, and warmth to every client interaction.

Before joining Propertybuyer, Mariska was the Office Manager at a leading Northern Beaches real estate agency, where she supported the successful sale and management of over 300 residential and commercial properties.

She also played a pivotal role in marketing coordination, systems implementation, and team leadership. Mariska has also worked in operations and marketing, within a property development and construction firm that delivered hundreds of residential and mixed-use projects from concept to completion.

Her in-depth understanding of property workflows — from pre-listing to post-settlement — combined with her passion for improving systems and service quality, makes her an invaluable asset in ensuring a seamless experience for Propertybuyer’s clients.

Originally from South Africa, Mariska brings a grounded and adventurous spirit to everything she does. She’s happiest outdoors — hunting, camping, or simply disappearing into the bush to reset. Add in a love for travel, good coffee, and the occasional cheeky laugh, and you’ve got someone who blends professionalism with personality. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine care for people, Mariska ensures every client journey feels supported, streamlined, and personal every step of the way.
