Fay is a busy professional and had been looking for a long time herself but was disenchanted with real estate agents selling property and auction guides where she wasted her valuable time chasing properties that were out of her reach. Originally, she needed to save her time and have someone independent negotiate for her and was hoping to find a four-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms so she could take her extended family in to live with her. I looked around the many affordable areas, but she had mentioned the Forestville area and felt it was well out of her reach. Fortunately, I found an off-market property in Forestville which had two levels and could be independent living from one another which suited her situation perfectly. I organised the pest and building inspection and a lawyer to assist with conveyancing. There were several issues that needed to be resolved before a purchase could be made and I was able to help with negotiations, investigations into missing certificates in the contract and disagreements between lawyers during the process. Fay and her family are over the moon with finally being able to purchase a very large home that has more than adequate space and in the suburb area of her dreams.
