Kulsoom and Hassan are investors that missed out at an auction in St Marys and decided to engage Propertybuyer for a full search. I sent them reports to help them understand the market and discussed the flood zoning and PMF zoning. I attended some properties that they didn’t buy quickly enough. They went to auction on a property that was in PMF zone but on an 891m2 block . They are happy to have bought at auction and were able to settle quickly despite being the second-best offer, the first person wanted an extended settlement, so the vendor decided to take their offer for the faster settlement.
