We don’t live in Sydney so relied on her to find, inspect and report back on a large number of properties in a short space of time. Her insights were invaluable, and the videos she took of every inspection meant that we were confident ultimately to buy without ever setting foot in a single property. She found us a great place, negotiated an excellent price and we are very happy with the outcome. Niki was calm, knowledgeable, sensible, thorough, skilful and accurate. For our Sydney home search, we had amazing support from Niki McComb as our buyer's agent. Niki is highly experienced in the Western Sydney market we are looking to buy in and helped guide us to make a good choice, surprisingly quickly! (We just happened to fall in love with one of the second round of options Niki picked for us.) The biggest value in working with a buyer's agent and Niki in particular, is having confidence that a property doesn't just look like a good choice, but having that decision based on experience and expertise. The average homebuyer who only purchases a property once or maybe a few times in their life can't possibly obtain that level of knowledge and experience, so it's very reassuring to have someone on your side who does it for a living.

My husband and I knew we wanted to purchase property but didn’t think we could afford to buy a property to live in, let alone in Sydney. After watching a webinar with Rich Harvey I reached out to Propertybuyer to see what options we had.

Niki was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking; she knew what was important to us and also taught us what to look for to maximise capital growth.
