A Majestic' property purchase in Glenhaven. I was thrilled to find and purchase this property for my clients, Raj & Sangita, a lovely family upsizing from another Hills suburb - this is a spacious & grand property on a 4,000m2 lot with a bush outlook and in an area with close proximity to quality schools. Their brief was for a 5-bedroom property on a good size land block and close to good schools. Whilst we looked at a few acreage type properties, my clients settled on 73 Fingal Ave, Glenhaven as it met all their requirements. Working with Raj & Sangita was wonderful and we worked as a ‘team’ with excellent communications assisting with the process and concluding with a purchasing this amazing property.
