Recognised throughout Southeast-East Queensland for his extensive expertise in premium property development and economics. Leading a dedicated team, they offer a distinctive analytical approach to prestige property sales and investment portfolios.

Matthew’s journey from a quantity surveyor and property developer to the founding director of Asset Economics and currently as a lead sales agent partnering with Hugo Alexander has been fuelled by his entrepreneurial spirit, research obsession, and passion for exclusive properties. With hands-on experience in acquiring, building, renovating, and selling numerous properties, as well as overseeing over 10 projects, Matthew’s transition to selling properties feels natural, driven by his love for the process and the satisfaction of achieving capital gains.
