Tass has lived in the inner suburbs of Melbourne all his life and is a licensed real estate buyer’s agent and a former Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with degrees in Science and Business and post graduate in Finance and Management.  His wealth of experience with both residential and commercial real estate agency, valuations and financial risk management transcends more than 30 years.  He’s a one stop shop for all things real estate.  

From humble beginnings and being a natural networker, Tass built a significant direct residential and commercial investment property portfolio and developed plenty of scar tissue running his own direct property and hospitality businesses.  The academic, vocational and direct property experience are combined now in a way to serve his clients by helping them achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations without the unnecessary road blocks he confronted. 


 

An expert in the Retail Leases Act and retail property generally across the Victoria, Tass also takes a special interest in prestige inner city residential property and all things related to real estate investment including specialised properties and unusual complex real estate.
