I never believed in a buyers agent until I found this company. We were looking for a new home, closer to Sydney, with lots of parks, good schools and family friendly neighborhood. Our assigned agent was Nick who is an expert in the north west and northern beaches of Sydney. I could write the whole positive experience, but it would exceed the length for this review. In general, we are so lucky that we decided to engage Propertybuyer with Nick, as he was able to guide us in a very responsive and professional manner into an area which ticked all our boxes. An area better than we actually thought were possible with our budget.
We can't recommend Nick at Propertybuyer enough to our friends. Yes, it seems expensive at the first glance, but what you will get is worth more than multiple of what you pay. I will engage Propertybuyer again for my next investment property.
If you are in the marked to buy a property, they will help from the search, over negotiations to settlement - all the way.
Just talk to them and I am certain you will not be disappointed.

I was able to purchase this Spanish style 5 bedroom residence in North Rocks for my happy clients Frank & Natalie who’s brief was to move closer towards the Northern/Western Suburbs. They have a growing family and wanted to find a larger four bedroom home in a family friendly area with good school options, local shopping centre and with closer proximity to the City from their current rental property.
Working with Frank & Natalie was a great property journey and we all worked well together and achieved a fantastic result.
The property was bought prior to auction through local agent contacts. The price paid was close to the median price for the suburb and with a renovation, this will set them up for even better future capital growth prospects
