I enjoyed working with Jack to find him an investment property. He had a good budget and we found a near new, townhouse with excellent street appeal in a quiet area. It is one of 2, has 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and a double garage. It's at the end of a street with a large yard, extras that don't normally come with a townhouse. The only additional cost above owning a house, is for shared insurance over a common wall. The tenants are excellent and wish to stay on.

After dealing with a minor hold up where one mortgage covered two properties, causing a delay in settlement, Jack is very satisfied with the purchase.
