My patience & tough negotiation skills paid off as the adjoining identical property had sold for $100,000 more than our offer only the month before, however we provided a shorter settlement & an unconditional signed contract & this was enough to sway the vendor to accept our lower offer and I also knew the vendor wanted to move on to her next development. A great result & another high quality acquisition for my client.
