Simon, based in Western Australia, engaged our full service offering to secure a dual purpose property in Melbourne for both investment and owner occupier use. His son Hugh had recently relocated to Melbourne for work, and the brief was to secure a property in the Bayside area that could serve as Hughs residence while also performing as a strong long term investment.
