WHY
South-West Sydney

 

Our buyers agents love assisting home buyers and investors in South-West Sydney.

South-West Sydney is located in metropolitan Sydney and covers an extensive area including the suburbs of Liverpool, Bankstown, Canterbury and Campbelltown and includes the Macarthur region.

The South-West contains six major council areas including the local government areas of: City of Canterbury, City of Bankstown, City of Liverpool, City of Campbelltown, Camden Council and Wollondilly Shire Council.

 

 

Transport 

Southwest Sydney will be closest to Sydney’s 2nd International Airport at Badgery’s Creek NSW, and is expected to be finished by the year 2026. There are a lot of transport upgrades so trains and buses will cater well from the Southwest to the airport. 

The area is also the primary route from Melbourne and Canberra to Sydney, and there are affordable wayside motels with parking where you can leave your car while visiting Sydney. 

After passing through Bankstown, the T3 line continues on to Cabramatta and Liverpool. From the city center, it takes slightly under an hour to go to Liverpool. Some South West suburbs served by the T8 South Line are Padstow and Revesby. 

There is also a free bus service called City Connect Bus Service which operates in a portion of Southwestern Sydney. This runs between Cabramatta, Canley Vale, and Fairfield, among others. 

With a good transport system, the Southwest Sydney is foreseen to have an increase in employment and the need for housing, making this an ideal affordable location for home ownership and investment.

Rich Harvey has great relationships with the real estate agents and was able to provide us with good advice about which properties were worth offering on and a realistic offer. We want to give Munro a 5 star review on our recent investment property purchase for his fantastic job. It was a long journey of about 7 months as our budget changed a couple of times due to somewhat unclear indications from our banks. Munro responded quickly and patiently and helped reassess strategy and develop different options. We covered many areas, including the Eastern Suburbs, Pyrmont and Inner West, and looked at houses, semi-detached and apartments. With the great efforts of Munro, we believe we left no stone unturned, and it would not have been possible without him. We finally got a nicely finished semi-detached in Concord.
