Located in the Eastern Suburbs, Bellevue Hill is an affluent suburb, just a 5km drive from the CBD. The nearest train station is Bondi Junction, a short bus ride away. Bordering Double Bay, Bondi and Rose Bay, its elevated position offers fabulous sweeping views of Sydney Harbour to the west and Bondi Beach to the south.
Being one of Sydney’s oldest suburbs, Bellevue Hill offers a mixture of apartments, both new and old, as well as free standing houses, primarily from the Edwardian and Art Deco era.

There are a couple of local cafes and shops with necessities on Bellevue Road. For a wider choice, Double Bay, Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction are only a short drive away and offer numerous restaurants, cafés and shops including Westfield shopping centre at Bondi Junction.
Schools and Educational Facilities
The exclusive Scots College and senior school campus of Cranbrook School are based in Bellevue Hill while the junior school campus of Cranbrook School is located nearby in Rose Bay. Equally exclusive Ascham School, Kambala, Waverley College and Sydney Grammar are all only a short bus ride away. Bellevue Hill Primary is the only State operated school in the suburb.

Alternatively, Cooper Park with 38 hectares of natural bush offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Sydney and scenic walking paths.
