My daughter and I met Carolyn at an open inspection about two months ago and immediately felt a strong connection with her. Even during that brief meeting, she offered sound advice on the property we were viewing together.

I had never seriously considered using a buyer’s agent before — especially since there were four of us involved in the search, and we figured we could divide the work and narrow down options ourselves.
