The client is an Owner Occupier, a specialised food flavour European multinational company. They have been renting a warehouse around Sydney airport area for a few years and the goal was: to purchase an Industrial warehouse of around 650-750m2 in good condition, with a solid structure and with specific requirements of zoning, parking and height, ideally around Banksmeadow for around $5.5m.

We purchased off-market a solid structure Industrial warehouse in Banksmeadow for $5m and the client is very happy with the result! The property is ideally located close to the Airport and Port Botany, it has 8-9m high ceiling for storage and 8 parking spaces. It’s been purchased off-market, after 5months of search in the tightest south-Sydney Industrial market ever experienced. The property will be accommodating the client’s business for the next 20years or more and it is also a great investment for the future.
