My client was looking for a well located development site in a popular location which would allow a mult-unit development. The site agreed on was a good sized corner site in the Central Coast with a zoning to allow muilti-unit development, a height limit of 15m & FSR of 2:1 & had a perfect precedence across the road of a similar development my client would like to build & design. Competition was strong with a number of other parties negotiating on the same site, however, I was able to communicate well with the selling agent and agree on a price along with having a “subject to FIRB approval” clause in the contract to secure the site successfully.
