Justin was a full-service client from Melbourne looking for a property that was 10 to 20 mins from the CBD, he wanted a property that was close to public transport for an easy commute to Melbourne CBD for work. The brief also included that apartment need to be large internally, in a small block, have loads of character, be low maintenance, have security and be close to restaurants and cafes.
We looked in many inner ring suburbs and ended up buying a beauty in Windsor that ticked all the boxes…great buy at $510K.
