She was seeking a quality property on the east side of Pittwater Road, within walking distance to transport, shops and the beach. Matt and Mon assisted her in finding an ideal property off-market, which she got to exclusively inspect and submit an offer without any competition. The apartment was a 2-bedroom plus study, with a large north-facing terrace, private and fully renovated in a small block of six. She was absolutely thrilled to have purchased such a lovely home and is very excited about moving in shortly.
