I have been looking at property far and wide across Sydney for the last few years.. I approached Propertybuyer and ended up connecting with Nick Taylor-Fick who was brilliant. Helpful, chatty and the whole process really helped me zero in on a few areas and stop spinning on the spot.. in less than 2 weeks and after only 3 inspections I have bought my first place in Sydney after years of saving…. I paid roughly $10,000 which translated to brief, research, viewings, negotiations, pre purchase inspection as I was going to be overseas at the time… For me meeting Nick really was a brilliant experience as I was searching all over the place for everything and I ended up buying in a suburb which I had never considered yet exactly fit what I was looking for… I was a little skeptical to sign up initially but for me it really crystalised exactly what I was looking for and I’m absolutely chuffed to bits! Steph is a busy professional woman who engaged Propertybuyer to help find and purchase her first home.
I soon realised that Steph’s list of possible suburbs where to buy stretched in all directions of Sydney- so the first task was to redefine the search area down to a practical few where her budget could buy.
We came up with a good workable shortlist, including one suburb Meadowbank, which she hadn’t condidered before. One property caught my eye because it had better attributes than the average, namely being a larger apartment located on the top floor of a well maintained smaller building. There was also the bonus of nearby train & ferry services, and the Harbourside reserve walking/cycling track .
