I have been looking at property far and wide across Sydney for the last few years.. I approached Propertybuyer and ended up connecting with Nick Taylor-Fick who was brilliant. Steph is a busy professional woman who engaged Propertybuyer to help find and purchase her first home.
I soon realised that Steph’s list of possible suburbs where to buy stretched in all directions of Sydney- so the first task was to redefine the search area down to a practical few where her budget could buy.
We came up with a good workable shortlist, including one suburb Meadowbank, which she hadn’t condidered before. One property caught my eye because it had better attributes than the average, namely being a larger apartment located on the top floor of a well maintained smaller building. There was also the bonus of nearby train & ferry services, and the Harbourside reserve walking/cycling track .
Working with Steph was made easy because we communicated well together and had a fun with the process- it didn’t take long before I was able to purchase 12/17 Meadowbank Cr, Meadowbank for a decent price. Steph is now happily living in her new home.
