Nick and Natalie were full-service clients from Adelaide looking to diversify their portfolio, they already had an investment property in Queensland but only 2 Bedroom apartment. The challenge was to find a 3-to-4-bedroom house,  they wanted low maintenance and a property that would increase in capital growth and be able to grow with yield. Being from Adelaide, Nick and Natalie wanted boots on the ground to find and negotiate their new purchase, they wanted local knowledge on areas, especially the Bayside areas of Melbourne . The outcome was fantastic as we were able to save them at least $50K,  their investment property is in Frankston South, which has an amazing shopping village, transport and one of the best zoned government schools in Melbourne. Budget $1.1 to $1.2M
