Simon and Ing are very busy professionals and wanted to buy their first investment property. They didn’t know where to start looking and didn’t have time given their jobs and their young family’s needs. They didn’t want the emotional attachment to the property, just an investment that has good returns and capital growth. Their budget was approx. $800,000.
