Goh and Finuala were living in Singapore and seeking a renovated apartment in Sydney close to amenities such as transport, shops and cafes. After 2 weeks I presented four properties, two of which were of particular interest. We attempted to buy one of them but withdrew our offer after I discovered some major issues in the strata inspection.
