Being able to work with a fairly low budget and yet buy a property that will experience growth over time is the key. After looking at various property types in the West, I found a good sized two bedroom and well-located apartment in Blacktown. It is in a smaller boutique block within a short walk to the station which will help with the rental appeal should he rent it out at a later stage.
The Blacktown Council has announced major plans for the Blacktown CBD including a new University and multi-storey business Centre. The Council is preparing the Blacktown local government area for the booming population, which is expected to reach 521,000 people by 2036. All good pointers for his apartment to experience longer term capital growth.
