It is always hard to write a testimonial for someone you have known for a long time.

Rajiv is a time poor medical professional who doesn't have the time to research properties that have the right fundamentals for capital growth and high yields nor does he have the time or expertise to short list, select and negotiate the most ideal properties. Throughout the process we had found numerous opportunities but for one reason or another I came to the conclusion that it would be best if we were to continue the search. In the end I uncovered a fantastic opportunity in the ideal location, on a great block, in a growing precinct with a high yield (4.9%) and attributes for capital growth in the future. The property was passed in at auction and negotiated well below reserve price.
