Goal:
We wanted to remove the need for us to review all properties and to find a good investment. We were lacking in agreement and focus on a particular area was also lacking. Our main concerns were that we could pick the wrong property or end up paying above market price.
Solution:
Was able to narrow down search to select a few properties. Engaging propertybuyer is a time saver. Less running around and someone else is dong the research.
