Kristen & Chris is a SMSF buyer who approached us to source their first Commercial Investment property. He was looking for a low maintenance set&forget investment to build a larger property portfolio. With low stock of quality tenanted investments below $1m across the Eastern seaboard we extended the radius to from Sydney, through Gold Coast and Brisbane. During the search process we identified very few opportunities that were getting snapped up by cash buyers.
