Paul approached us to help him find his second commercial investment property to expand his portfolio. Using my network, I uncovered an off-market large industrial land investment in a tightly held precinct only 8km from Brisbane CBD with quality tenants returning a high 6.33% yield, rental growth and an intrinsic higher value than the agreed purchase price. We managed to convince the owner to accept our conditions and below market price and conducted extensive DD prior to going unconditional. Paul was thrilled with the result and is already looking forward the 3rd acquisition with us.
