Raji approached us to help him find a new accommodation for their Sydney based International College. Him and his business partner have been successfully expanding their business in Sydney CBD; however they contacted us to source ideally a 600m2+ freehold building in Sydney City Fringe (difficult task) if not a Strata office to accommodate their business. With extremely low stock of freehold buildings in the Sydney City Fringe area we expanded the radius to Waterloo and included Strata offices in Sydney CBD.  I recommend a few freehold buildings in Waterloo and we made an offer on a Surry Hills strata office but nothing was perfect in Raji’s vision. Using my network of contacts and Agents, I uncovered an ideal off-market large Office building in the tightly held suburb of Redfern that Raji immediately thought it was the “one”. The Asset was owned by the Unions, not an easy Vendor to deal with, and it wasn’t for sale for months until with patience and persistency we convinced the Vendor to sell. We managed to convince the owner to accept our conditions and well below market price for this fantastic asset and conducted extensive DD prior to exchange. Raji and Bihm are thrilled with the result and we trust this commercial asset acquisition will greatly benefit the future of their business success.
