Daryl (Aussie) works on the trading floor of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He owns 6 investment properties in Australia and is an unemotional investor - fantastic to work with. 

Daryl became my buyer on 7 Oct, and through a quality relationship with an agent, I found and viewed the above property on 11 Oct. We had considered 2 other potential properties which both sold quickly. Our offer was accepted on 12 Oct.  

This two story 4/2.5/2 house has two street frontage providing convenient access. Built in 2019 it provides plenty of depreciation, is low maintenance and has excellent growth potential. 
It has one of the most appealing floorplans I've seen in this style of property - one downstairs bedroom and a modern "wet-room" in the main bathroom. The Market Rent Appraisal is $600-$620wk. With a budget of $500k, I'd established with the buyer in our initial chat that he could stretch a little if required.
 
The buyer is happy with his latest investment. Working with a decisive, savvy buyer has been satisfying and a balance for the occasional buyer who overthinks and prolongs the process.
