Paul and Karyn required a large low maintenance town home with separation of space within half an hour to UQ and QUT by public transport.
 
We identified a stand alone property high on the hill in Greenslopes in a small complex of 3 which was oversize and built to the highest standard.
 
After strong liaison and negotiation with the agent, we beat the competition to secure the this very unique, newly renovated property at a lower price than both the vendors were willing to accept, and what the client was prepared to pay. We negotiated a longer settlement that will fit into the buyers plans for an end of year move.
 
We negotiated for whitegoods to be included in the price and separately negotiated for 10k worth of designer furniture to be included, which had a retail price of more than 20k.
 
Paul and Karyn are extremely happy with the result and they look forward to occupying this stunning, unique home.
