Ajay & Ripu wanted a property with an income stream, growth potential and the prospect of adding a granny flat at a later date.  Finding a large enough property to accommodate this brief within the budget was a challenge, however we eventually found 3 options that we signed contracts on. In time, a property we missed out on became available which allowed us to secure the property and meet the wishes of the buyer. I had found a property for another buyer through the same agent who was an integral part of bringing the deal together. 

These buyers knew what they wanted, did a lot of research themselves and were particular with the desired elements of the property.  They have a keen eye for a bargain which meant we missed a couple of opportunities on price. We had a great working relationship, many chats and a good understanding of what we were looking for.  Although it was a longer than usual journey, the outcome was successful.
