I plan to move to Brisbane in the next 12 months or so and for some 6 months I travelled once per month or so to look at houses. I struggled with the value, pricing and being clear about what I needed. Some suburbs I could afford I had never heard of and were miles from the CBD. I was confused and overwhelmed. At the same time my executive job started to blow up with high demand and long workdays. I lost confidence in my judgement and I was increasingly tired and distracted because of current work and future uncertainty. I can truly say the minute I started working with Angela all of my house buying stress and confusion went away. None of my criteria were judged, and I was listened to and given solid advice. The phone calls with agents went away, which as someone who cannot easily speak on the phone during work hours had been more stressful and distracting than I probably realised. 


Angela consistently went above and beyond, taking great pride in her work. She made excellent suggestions and inspected multiple houses for me, often out of cycle with the inspection calendar. I loved all of the houses I "saw" via video with Angela but the one I bought is absolutely 100% on-brief and will rent out far above my expectations while I transition to living in Brisbane. The surprisingly high rental income is an absolute bonus above my criteria, and will look after the mortgage while I sort out a new employer and role. The house is perfectly set up for dual living which was one of my key criteria and which Angela consistently delivered on in a difficult market. It was also a super quick process in spite of occurring through peak end of year and holiday times. 


I recommend a property buyer to support your journey. Agents are busy and there is low stock in Brisbane so they are dealing with lots of potential buyers, and days can go by without a response. Some offers I submitted received no reply. Angela was well connected and knew how to get agents to have confidence in me as a buyer. I never believed I could find a house in my dream suburb and had stopped looking there. Angela gave me the confidence and encouragement to dream big about my future dwelling. I am delighted to have a manageble mortgage and a house that is exactly where I want to live in future. My dreams have come true. I could not have done it without Angela.
