“I had purchased a unique Rural Riverfront property for this lovely couple years prior in the Hawkesbury Region which has since almost doubled in value already and they reached out recently, discussing about buying another unique property they could move into whilst they undertake renovations to their existing property and then turn it into a short term let/high income producing investment property & utilise it first and capitalise on the 23/24 summer for the lucrative short term let holiday market.
