Paul wanted to invest in a house with some land around it to potentially build a granny flat for under $1M in the western suburbs of Sydney. He wanted a brick house that was in good condition that would rent quickly. As his job is very busy, he didn’t have time to do property inspections and wasn’t familiar with the areas in the western suburbs. He wanted to make sure he bought in flood free areas where there was potential for the future. 
I was able to quickly find this R3 zoned home on 659m2 in a very good and undervalued, up and coming suburb. It was vacant and recently renovated and in very good condition. I organised a Pest and Building inspection and assisted in finding the right Rental agency to manage tenants. Paul is very happy to have his new property investment sorted before Christmas so quickly.
