Nick amazed me with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the area I was looking to buy. Their advice was extremely invaluable, making the negotiating and decision process much easier. Working with Jenny and her brief was an absolute pleasure. As a hard -working, time poor professional person, Jenny just didn’t have the time & property experience to find her dream property. Her brief was to find a property similar to one she had viewed earlier on in the year but wasn’t in a position to buy at that stage. A two story terrace with character, close to the action of Balmain/Rozelle and minutes away from getting a good coffee!

My experience with propertybuyer and their Brisbane team - Glen & Lisa was seamless and one that I will be recommending to friends and family many times over.
I approached propertybuyer as a first time investor looking to get into the market and secure an investment-grade property but I didn't know where to start or how to begin the search especially investing interstate. Glen and Lisa was able to highlight a few key areas with sound reasonings behind each area. Once we settled on an area, they were quick to pass through many high quality properties from the countless inspections they performed every Saturday.
Where Glen and Lisa's value shined through was when they avoided me paying too much on the first couple of offers that were made on a property. During COVID lockdowns, they was able to secure me a sought-after property off-market and our offer was accepted promptly through their seasoned negotiation skills.
