He was extremely helpful, professional, organised, and as he had been in the Real Estate business observed issues with properties that I had not seen. He negotiated with the Real Estate to purchase the property, something that I am not confidant with. He has also followed up with the purchase, assisting with issues arising from the building inspection and the walk through prior to final settlement.
