Laura & Sergio were seeking a home for their family that would also allow extended family members to stay when in Sydney. Their budget was limited to less than $1,250,000 and they were after either a large townhouse or a free-standing torrens title property in the northern suburbs of Mount Colah/Berowra or in the Baulkham Hills/Kellyville districts. Good proximity to local schools, public transport & shopping was also important. An important part of the search process is to reach out to my local sales agents and view off-market or pre-market properties as soon as possible. Tim Chapman from First National showed us two pre-market properties and we were able to position ourselves well in order to purchase 1/1 Buckeridge Place, Kellyville. It was great working with Laura & Sergio and this made the property journey very satisfying, with happy clients excited to be moving into the first family home.
